We would like to explain why the tracking provided but has not updated since you placed the order. Our production system is quite different, whenever the order is placed we will buy the shipping label for that order first to keep track of its processing in the production system. So that means when you see the tracking doesn’t mean it has been shipped already. The tracking will only be updated when it’s done processing which may take up to 6 business days due to the delay affected by the outbreak, and it could be the shortage of supply or the late pickup of the carrier.
We really hope that you can understand this difficulty caused by the pandemic that we are all facing.
